The rules that apply when you shop L4C Worldwide — capsule drops, payment, shipping, and returns.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and L4C Worldwide LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("L4C Worldwide," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of l4cworldwide.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Effective October 8, 2026.
L4C Worldwide is a streetwear brand out of Atlanta. We release product in limited capsule drops — once a piece in a capsule sells out, it generally will not be restocked. Availability, sizing, and timing are shown on the Site and may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. If you're under that age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors can happen — including mispriced items, out-of-date stock counts, or description mistakes. We reserve the right to correct any errors, change or update information, and cancel orders affected by an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed, in which case we'll notify you and issue a refund for any payment already collected.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient inventory.
Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of order. By placing an order, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. See our Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.
Every piece ships from Atlanta. Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery windows are detailed on our Shipping & Order Tracking page and will be fully posted before launch. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Because drops are made in limited runs, once a capsule sells out it won't be restocked, so exchange availability depends on what's still in stock. Full return and exchange terms are posted on our Refunds & Returns page. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, that's on us to make right — contact support@l4cworldwide.com with your order number and a photo.
The Site and its content — including the L4C Worldwide name, logos, graphics, product designs, and photography — are owned by or licensed to L4C Worldwide LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Affiliates and creators who promote L4C Worldwide through a referral link may be subject to separate affiliate program terms. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Current version effective October 8, 2026.
